This article presents a novel asymmetrical 21-level multilevel inverter topology for solar PV application. The proposed achieves output voltage without H-bridge using asymmetric DC sources. reduces the devices, cost and size. standalone system needs constant magnitude from panels, maximum power point tracking (MPPT) technique used getting stable by perturb observe (P&O) algorithm. is boosted over link three-level DC-DC boost converter interfaced in between panels inverter. tested experimentally with various combinational loads under dynamic load variations sudden disturbances. Total standing function MLI calculated compared multiple topologies published recently found to be cost-effective. A detailed comparison made terms of switches count, sources gate driver boards, number diodes capacitor count component level factor same other levels helpful its less TSV value, devices efficient In both simulation experimental results, total harmonic distortion (THD) observed lower than 5% which IEEE standards. hardware prototype implemented laboratory verified variations, whereas simulations are done MATLAB/Simulink.
